The Obama Administration doesnt understand that. It isa fundamental change in direction for GM. " President Obamas auto task force doesnt see it that way. It offers 18 models that deliver 30 mpg or more. But GM says it wont get the money until the Obama administration is satisfied the company is financially viable.
