New Jersey adopts Advanced Clean Truck Rules

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) announced the adoption of the Advanced Clean Truck and Fleet Reporting rules. The adoption of these rules establishes New Jersey as one of the first states to require phasing in of clean electric commercial trucks to replace diesel-powered trucks.

EPA awards $8M in FY2014 clean diesel grants in 21 states, Puerto Rico

The IRA restores the 30% tax credit for an EVSE, and its cost of installation, to a maximum credit of $1000 (businesses may claim a larger amount).
