E-Tourneo Courier is one of 10 all-electric vehicles Ford has committed to offering in Europe by 2024, as it targets zero emissions for all vehicle sales in the region by 2035. The company is investing $50 billion globally through 2026 to achieve a targeted run rate of more than 2 million all-electric vehicles by the end of that year.

Ford Pro recently revealed the E-Transit Courier, a ground-up new all-electric commercial vehicle. Customers will be able to order gasoline- and diesel-engine Transit Courier models from summer 2023 for delivery before the end of the year. To support efficient public charging, the vehicle offers DC fast charge capability up to 100 kW.

Automotive supplier HELLA has introduced its latest electrically driven vacuum pump—UP5.0—for High-efficiency gasoline engines, diesels and turbo- and super-charged engines, as well as hybrid or full electric powertrains, are examples of where HELLA’s new electric vacuum pump is designed to provide on-demand brake-system vacuum.
