Despite having seen them around for years, they were models I had long assumed would be marginally better than the atrocious three-wheeled motorcycles offered by Harley-Davidson. Can-Am’s three-wheeled products turned out to be some of the best touring vehicles I’ve ever ridden sans air conditioning.

The manufacturer obliged by loaning me the 2024 Can-Am Spyder F3-S, which I quickly put a few hundred miles on. That person, should they actually exist, is likely due for a promotion — as the Spyder has sold well enough to be with the company since 2007. The three-wheel configuration keeps the suspension very busy sometimes.
