I wish the thing was for sale as-is. I really would love to get a 120D coupe BMW u cant beat 0-60 of 7.5 Well they did give brief bursts of acceleration through the parking lot to show that it does have some Roadster goodness to it. Of course, EVs that arent designed for battery swaps wont use it, and plug-in hybrids wont need it. Companies like ECOtality are already working with Nissan, which seems to have given up on battery swapping. Battery swapping wouldnt make economic sense without a considerable degree of standardization. not an issue.
