Bentley will introduce its new FlexFuel capable Supersports Convertible at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show. The standardization of FlexFuel technology across the 2011 Continental model range reaffirms Bentley’s ongoing commitment to make all its cars bio-fuel compatible by 2012. Bentley is a member company of the Volkswagen Group.

The new GT Speed Convertible shares its powertrain specification with its Bentley stablemate, the GT Speed coupé: a 616 bhp (459 kW) twin-turbocharged 6.0 The Continental GT Speed Convertible.

The EPA has rated the GV80’s fuel economy at 21 mpg city/25 highway/23 combined. It wasn’t easy, but cracking 30 mpg on the open road was a nice surprise in this size of car. Heck, I had people comment they thought I was driving a Bentley.
