Audi is focusing on transforming production from the inside out with the aim of heralding the future of production at Audi, the 360factory. Brussels is a model for some areas of this plant concept. Named “Factory of the Future” in 2020 by the employers’ association Agoria, Brussels achieved this distinction as early as 2018.

The use of green hydrogen produced from renewable energies could thus enable CO 2 -free long-distance logistics in the future. The global multi-energy company TotalEnergies intends to operate up to 150 hydrogen filling stations directly or indirectly in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France by 2030.

The inverter converts alternating current to direct current when charging the vehicle and back the other way when sending power into the grid. Green dots are possible sites for future charging stations.
