UK-based Connected Energy and Groupe Renault have installed two quick-charge stations based on Connected Energy’s E-STOR energy storage technology on highways in Belgium and Germany. Economical and simple to install, E-STOR will contribute to the development of a network of quick-charging stations in Europe.

As part of a research project into e-mobility and Vehicle to Grid (V2G) charging in Slovakia, a Tritium Veefil-RT 50kW DC fast charger has been installed at the Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava. All the Veefil-RT chargers are positioned along the Belgium motorway system, linking the country’s major cities.

Fastned, the Dutch company building a European network of fast charging stations, has raised €12.3 The proceeds of this issue will be used to further expand the network of fast-charging stations in the Netherlands, Germany other European countries. Fastned has a portfolio of AAA locations where fast charging stations can be realized.

KHLim also has its own energy grid to which the ChargePoint charging stations are connected.
