On 15 Sep, NHTSA and the US EPA proposed a joint rulemaking on fuel economy and greenhouse gas emissions for light duty vehicles: an average new car 34.1 million units of MY 2016 vehicles are: Dual cam phasing: 61% for cars, 52% for trucks.
