Porsche has earned a third consecutive Manufacturers’ World Championship title with the 919 Hybrid. The Porsche 919 Hybrid has netted six world championships, three outright Le Mans wins, a total of 17 race wins including seven double victories, 19 pole positions and twelve fastest race laps from 33 races. The final Renaults sold here were 1988 Medallions (though Renault HQ claims that we'll be able to purchase electric Alpine A110s here in 2027). It wasn't as quick on the ice as his Porsche 356-engined Beetle, but he held onto it until it rusted to nothingness (i.e., Up to 40 miles to the gallon of gas. about five years later).
