EEA: All major car manufacturers in Europe met 2012 CO2 targets; 9 already meet 2015 targets

Nine of the larger manufacturers (Audi AG, BMW AG, Automobiles Citroën, Fiat group, Ford-Werke, Adam Opel, Automobiles Peugeot, Seat, Toyota Motor Europe, and Volvo Car) were already compliant with 2015 targets in 2012. Renault, Peugeot, Toyota and Citroen also had emissions well below the average.
