Audi introduces new CNG A3 Sportback

Audi is adding a new member to its A3 family: the A3 Sportback 30 g-tron natural gas vehicle. Operation with natural gas or biomethane makes the compact model economical and more climate-friendly with low emissions. Audi first introduced an A3 Sportback g-tron in 2014. With this fuel, driving is nearly climate-neutral.

Audi e-gas plant qualified to participate in balancing market to stabilize grid

The Audi e-gas plant in the city of Werlte in Lower Saxony ( earlier post ) produces CO 2 neutral-fuel (synthetic methane from water, renewable electricity and CO 2 ); it now also contributes toward stabilizing the public power grid. The Audi A3 Sportback g‑tron with 81 kW (110 hp) of power is currently available from dealers.
