These zoning decisions blow in whatever direction the development winds are gusting in the city at the moment and there is no consistency, logic or equity in the decisions made. You can buy it now. How many millions have they spent to develop a vehicle that you cant buy, that no one is prepared to service and that most Americans wouldnt want if you gave it to them? Give me a vanilla version without the revenue generating doodads and Ill buy one or two. Maybe three. Look at it this way.
