Scania unveils new hybrid, battery-electric buses

At Busworld in Kortrijk, Belgium, Scania unveiled the hybrid Scania Interlink Low Decker and the battery-electric Scania Citywide bus. The Scania Interlink Low Decker is presently available for diesel, biodiesel, HVO, CNG/CBG, ethanol and, with the latest addition, hybrid. This bus will go on sale in 2018.

UPS makes largest purchase of renewable natural gas yet in the US: 170M gallon equivalents over 7 years

UPS announced an agreement with Clean Energy Fuels Corp. This is the largest commitment for use of RNG to date by any company in the United States, with a range of 22.5 - 25 million gallon equivalents per year. This is significant because of RNG’s reduction in lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions when compared to conventional diesel.
