EPA has issued a notice of violation (NOV) of the Clean Air Act (CAA) to Volkswagen AG, Audi AG, and Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. The NOV alleges that Volkswagen and Audi cars from model years 2009-2015 equipped with 2.0-liter, Audi A3 (Model Years 2009 – 2015). collectively referred to here as Volkswagen).

In our week driving through Southern California, we averaged 32.8 Volvo positions the XC60 as a luxury SUV, and it does quite well against tough competitors from Audi, Porsche, Lexus, Genesis, Cadillac and Mercedes-Benz (our tests of those competitors is at the end of this article). In 240 miles driving around Southern California we averaged 23 mpg, but in a 100-mile run with the adaptive cruise control set at 65 mph, we averaged 31.2 This fuel economy is encouraging, but it will take a wide open road with little traffic and lots of patience to equal it.
