Tesla cut prices on its cars once again recently and contributed to a broader scope of affordability for electric vehicles. Stephanie Valdez-Streaty , director of Industry Insights at Cox Automotive, said: “EV sales continue to grow in the U.S., Better choices and more options are helping push prices lower and drive higher sales.”

According to this report, the average used Tesla Model 3 and Model Y has only depreciated roughly 10% over the past three years, which is significantly less than counterparts from Mercedes, Lexus, and even Porsche. Recurrent reports that the number of used Tesla vehicles for sale has been cut in half since one year ago.
