EPA finalizes Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (Transport Rule)

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the new Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) (also called the Transport Rule). The Cross-State Air Pollution Rule replaces and strengthens the requirements of the 2005 Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR), which the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit ordered EPA to revise in 2008.

FHWA awards Colorado $30M for CNG fueling stations

In 2011, Hickenlooper and Oklahoma Gov. As with its predecessor legislation, the MAP-21 provides funding to areas in non-attainment or maintenance for ozone, carbon monoxide, and/or particulate matter. These stations will help ensure an NGV owner can drive nearly anywhere across the state fueled by Colorado-produced gas.
