The E 300 BlueTEC diesel hybrid – which debuted at January’s Detroit Motor Show – will arrive in European showrooms as a saloon and estate with CO2 emissions of 109g/km, returning 67.3mpg. Mercedes-Benz will launch the most efficient and economical E-Class in the third quarter of 2012.
