Most likely, the All American "Spirit of DC" made History again today -- becoming the first EVer Plug-in to be seen at Nogales High School. It'll be just after Thanksgiving.

It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. The Renault-Nissan Alliance is building fleet charging stations in Portland and Phoenix.
