Dont PHEVs just shift pollution from gasoline cars to power plants? But its monumentally less pollution , even on the national (half-coal) grid. At the moment, only 2004-2007 Priuses , and to a limited extent, the Ford Escape/Mercury Mariner Hybrids. Better yet, make a tax-deductible contribution. How can I help?
