Better Place is building stations in San Francisco, Hawaii, Israel, and Denmark to swap out 1,000 pound batteries in a car wash type set up. The electricity for recharging has to come from somewhere, which means power plants. Toyota still has not made any money on the Prius. I’m sick of hearing about the Prius….I

Shai Agassi predicts that Israel will have over 100,000 electric vehicles in use by 2010.
