Retail hydrogen-station operator True Zero reported that it has powered more than 1,000,000 zero-emission miles by fuel-cell vehicles. The achievement of a million miles comes as a result of automakers, including Toyota, Honda, Hyundai and Mercedes-Benz expanding their fuel-cell-vehicle programs.

It was the Chevrolet Sprint ER , and I've found a nicely intact example in a car graveyard just east of Sacramento. If you want to be picky, the 198 6 Sprint ER was the gas-mileage king of 1980s America, rated at 44 city and 53 highway miles per gallon. Crushes the Hyundai Excel. Just $66 with gas priced at $1.16 per gallon.

Driving a fuel-cell-electric Toyota Mirai, the founders of True Zero completed a scenic drive throughout California, covering 1,438 miles (2,314 km) in a 24-hour period, thus breaking the official Guinness World Record for electric miles driven in 24 hours.

When you have a truck with a big trailer, if the truck comes with, let’s say, 500 miles of range, when you put a trailer behind it, now all of a sudden you have 150 miles of range. Kia, Hyundai will be launching bidirectional-capable vehicles. Volkswagen has been working on it.
