The California Energy Commission approved a first-in-the-nation energy efficiency standard that will reduce wasted energy by battery chargers commonly used to power cell phones, laptop computers, power tools, and other devices. Energy consumed to charge batteries is increasing in California.

Ive found it facinating how car commercials changed the main MPG number they promoted before gas went over $4 a gallon as city miles. By the time he finally, and happily, got rid of it, he said the friggin piece of junk used more gas than his small Honda because tow trucks get crappy milage. The management at GM are liars.
