FirstElement Fuel has secured $24 million to help fund the growth of its True Zero Hydrogen Network of retail stations in California, and thereby quadruple the company’s capacity to dispense retail hydrogen to customers of fuel cell electric vehicles. FirstElement Fuel’s retail hydrogen network is the largest in the world today.

Air Liquide expects to invest more than US$150 million to build a liquid hydrogen plant in the western United States, with construction to begin in early 2019. The plant will have a capacity of nearly 30 tons of hydrogen per day—an amount that can fuel 35,000 Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs).

The fuel economy is nothing to crow about but, since Hyundai currently offers cars and crossovers powered by an electric battery, electric/gasoline hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and a hydrogen fuel cell, we are confident a future generation of the Palisade will have some sort of electrification, which will eliminate any fuel economy concerns.

Imagine small, nimble electric vehicles that know where other moving objects are and avoid running into them. In the Hawkins Electrical Guide, copy right 1928, there is a entire chapter on electric Automobiles. Now several compies aremaking electric cars. GM is touting other features as well. Proofread next time, please.
