Diesel PM emissions from trucks serving the Port of Oakland, California declined 98% between 2005 and 2015, according to an emissions inventory released by the Port. In that same timeframe, ship emissions dropped 75%. Overall DPM emissions decreased from 261 tons to 63 tons. tons in 2015.
