BMW i announced a home stationary energy storage system solution integrating its BMW i3 vehicle battery at EVS 29 in Montréal. Long before the launch of the BMW i3, it was clear that the batteries would have an exceptionally long life and could serve a useful purpose in enabling electric driving both within and outside of the vehicle.
