EPA proposes to include Southern Maine in the Federal Reformulated Gasoline Program

RFG is currently used in 17 states and the District of Columbia. The purpose of the federal RFG program is to improve air quality in certain areas through the use of gasoline that is reformulated to reduce motor vehicle emissions that lead to the formation of ground-level ozone.

NY sets 100% ZEV sales goal for new LDVs by 2035, advances Advanced Clean Truck regulation

If adopted, the regulation would accelerate zero-emission truck sales, resulting in improved air quality statewide and in particular those communities disproportionately impacted by transportation-related pollution.
