DHL, Shell and Grundfos Bio-LNG pilot for road freight delivers 85% CO2 savings over conventional diesel

This corresponds to the emissions of more than 89,900 km driven by a diesel truck and represents 85% of CO2 savings compared to a traditional diesel engine. The fuel alternative is being implemented to improve Grundfos’ linehaul between its production sites Bjerringbro, Denmark and Longeville-Les-Saint-Avold, France.

SHV Energy to market and sell Neste Oil’s biopropane

SHV Energy plans to sell the biopropane in several European markets and has initiated discussions with customers in France, Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia and the UK. Replacing existing fossil fuels with biopropane will result in significant carbon savings. Biopropane means this option will become even cleaner. A €60-million (US$76.5-million)
