Lexus LX600: Not a bad car by any means, and there are likely plenty of buyers for it. But to me, it simply seems absurd to pay over $125k for a four-seat SUV that can in all likelihood go literally anywhere off-road.if This is in reverse order, from third worst to worst. As for newcomer BEV models, just as we saw in neighbouring Sweden, the Toyota’s group sibling, the Lexus RZ450e made its debut in Norway in April. Although sharing most of the same underpinnings, the Lexus is slightly bigger, heavier, and a bit more powerful than the BZ4X, with more luxury (and price), at the cost of slightly lower range.

Volvo has pulled the drapes off the Volvo EM90, its first minivan in more than 70 years of car-making. Not only that it’s battery-powered and more luxurious than its flagship XC90 SUV. That’s because both Zeekr and Volvo are owned by the same Chinese parent, Geely. 2023 Zeekr 009.

These European designs are perfectly good EVs, although their limited battery range and high price compared to the gasoline versions are major drawbacks. The pioneering Leaf has served as Nissan’s designated electric model and is now joined by the new Ariya crossover , a larger, more stylish crossover, but similarly a stand-alone new model.
