We have come a long way in order to bring about a global vision. We stand by the original vision as formulated by Shai Agassi of creating a green alternative that would lessen our dependence on highly polluting transportation technologies. This is a difficult day for all of us. This is a very sad day for all of us.

Lutz is a man given to hyperbole — called global warming "a crock of shit" — but in this case, hes right. If our country is going to spend money like a drunk sailor we should have spent it on building renewable energy power plants like Wind and Geothermal. We are facing a big problem with global warming.
