Personal note: I own a 1997 Honda Civic EX with 181,100 miles, which I bought new. The Honda Civic was America’s best-selling compact sedan in 2021.

The Toyota Prius has come a long way since it debuted 22 years ago, as the second hybrid car to be sold in the United States (after the first generation Honda Insight). When you see it in person, the experience will start all over again. The 2023 Prius is arriving in North America dealers in early December 2022.
