This past week in Santa Barbara, Mazda invited the automotive media to drive the CX-50 on the highway, twisty mountain roads and then off-road to experience soft sand, steep climbs and descents. 2021 Mazda CX-9 owners say things like “exceeds my expectations,” “I love it,” “it is one of the most beautiful cars on the road” and “super happy with my purchase.” At least that’s what Mazda says. Fuel economy numbers reported by Clean Fleet Report are non-scientific and represent the reviewer’s driving experience. The LED tail lights sit wide above the two sets of dual chrome exhaust tips, making for an almost menacing look.

The 2022 Subaru BRZ Limited is a rear-wheel drive, 200+ horsepower sports coupe that competes with the Mazda MX-5 RF , and shares a platform with Toyota 86. Tastefully placed chrome trim and accents are on the grille, roof rack rails, lower doors, window surrounds, the faux exhaust ports, and the eyebrow strip that runs the full length of the rear power lift gate between the LED tail lights.
