I would say the same about Ford or GM or Toyota or Honda or Kia -- had I been working here during the GM ignition switch recall, ho boy. Internal documents seem to show that the company knew about defects and kept both consumers and safety regulators in the dark. That's enraging and frightening.

Currently only five PHEVs would not meet the proposed 10 kWh threshold: Toyota Prius Prime, Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid, Hyundai IONIQ, Kia Niro PHEV, Ferrari SF90 Stradale (which exceeds MRSP cap and would not qualify anyway).
