I imagine there will be tax incentives to build green generators when were at that stage. Once electric cars are more common, demand for electricity will rise, and electricity producers will have to look at big generators such as dams, nuclear stations or decentralised wind turbines that feed in to the grid. However, I dont welcome this news.
