The 3,800 team members, as Hyundai calls them, are building the all-new 2023 Genesis Electrified GV70 that joins electric models of the GV60 EV and the Electrified G80 , both of which are assembled in South Korea. Both GV70s share a platform that was specifically designed for a gasoline engine and electric motors.

The Next Step to an All-electric Line-up. The 2023 Genesis G80 EV AWD is the second battery-electric model from Genesis, joining the GV60 SUV. Genesis calls it the “G80 Electrified,” but instead of having it cast in with a bunch of hybrids and plug-in hybrids, we at Clean Fleet Report will simply call it as it is—the G80 EV.
