This morning at the 2024 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Honda as offered the public a glimpse into its future as an all-electric brand, unveiling two EV concepts as part of its new “0 Series” of passenger vehicles that will be sold globally. Honda is calling this EV its flagship concept for the 0 Series.

The two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding, or MoU, at this week’s Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, which helps the two companies simultaneously work toward environmentally-geared goals. The PBV will be launched around the PV5 , a modular vehicle that will have several versions launched in the future.

Honda’s radical new Saloon concept, which serves to preview a line of revolutionary new EVs dubbed the 0 Series, is 90% ready for production in 2026. The larger Space Hub concept has not been confirmed for production; a smaller, similarly conceived SUV is inbound as part of the 0 Series, however, which follows similar principles.

Kia Corporation and Uber have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at this week’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, committing the two companies to collaborate on Kia’s planned development and deployment of PBVs. Kia had revealed five ‘Platform Beyond Vehicles’ (PBV) concepts at CES 2024 on January 9.
