Group (SAIC) unveiled three models of a concept new vehicle form called EN-V, short for Electric Networked-Vehicle. prototype that was developed by GM and Segway and which made its debut in April 2009. The concepts will be showcased from 1 May through 31 October at the SAIC-GM Pavilion at World Expo 2010 Shanghai.

The four-door sedan will deliver 40 miles on a charge; a small gasoline engine will recharge the battery as it approaches depletion, extending its range by as much as 200 miles. Ive found it facinating how car commercials changed the main MPG number they promoted before gas went over $4 a gallon as city miles. Thats right.
