Algae.Tec to form JV in China for algae for renewable transportation fuels and carbon capture facility; raising A$5M

The facility will be purely focused on algae for the production of transport fuels. Algae.Tec Limited is an advanced algae to biofuels company with a high-yield enclosed algae growth and harvesting technology, the McConchie-Stroud system. Separately, Algae.Tec Ltd. announced it is raising A$5 million (US$5.2 million shares.
