They certainly don’t understand the interdependencies, which are very similar to the software development processes you were just referring to. Not in terms of personal projects, but certainly for commercial environments. They don’t really understand the technology. It was very much front and center. That really is the issue.

But when people talk about payback, they refer only to the net dollars to the driver. Wont all these cars require us to build even more power plants? Whats Vehicle-to-Grid and why would I like it?
