Frank didn’t mention anything about the different cities like Portland and San Jose to name a couple who are building the first wave of plug in infrastructure. I don’t think Frank knows that car is a production model and will cost Americans only $22,500 after the new tax credits ($7,500) that were just signed by President Obama.

Sure, an electric car would be nice, but that would have been last Sunday, when the nearly 80 electric vehicles in a “CO2 Race&# combed the streets of Copenhagen. Like Portland, like Paris, like Tel Aviv, like Tokyo, like Los Angeles, like Copenhagen, like Hawaii! They were long gone. Toronto would lead!

Kulongoski, Oregon as the electric-car manufacturer may be eyeing the “green” city of Portland. It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. We have oil!
