Most of the activity is in Europe , where there are at least 10 major offshore wind and hydrogen projects , including demonstration systems being built or planned in the North Sea, the Atlantic, and off the coast of Ireland. Hydrogen is thus greasing the wheels of the global transition to cleaner energy. All are quite energy intensive.
