While the latest Prius is rather attractive, the 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid hits the 50-mpg mark in a discreet package that doesn’t scream, “I have a hybrid.” When it arrives in dealers on June 19, costing $29,845 including the $1,095 destination charge, the Sport Hybrid and Sport Touring Hybrid will sit atop the Civic lineup.

Honda’s 2015 Civic Hybrid and Civic Natural Gas vehicles are joining the already released 2015 Civic Sedan, Civic Coupe and Civic Si in showrooms in the US. The 2015 Civic Hybrid launches at Honda dealers nationwide on November 5 with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) starting at $24,735.

Honda will leverage EV hardware in a new all-wheel drive system for future hybrids, while also targeting two million annual EV sales by the end of the decade, according to a Thursday business update from the automaker. Under this strategy, for example, the Honda Insight will be replaced by a Civic Hybrid.
