With two Electric cars, at the time a Nissan Lean and Mitsubishi Outlander, we use a considerable amount of electricity but not much petrol, so already we were a reasonable way down the less CO2 road. Tons of CO2. . JA are a Chinese company that has grown at a huge rate and now one of the largest producers of panels.

Nuclear waste is a problem much harder to solve than CO2, and dams have quite an impact in the environment. Well, if you can communicate info over the wire, why bother with the wireless? :p Neutral Elora HRanma @ Apr 20th 2009 8:14AM @catachip: I wouldnt say that hydroelectric or nuclear plants produce 0 emissions.

Generating electricity from wind and geothermal rather than a CO2 producing sources would help alleviate that problem.
