Tesla submitted plans for its Hollywood drive-in movie theater and diner last week , and it’s also planning to build a 100-stall station in Barstow, California, halfway between Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Tesla is building a giant Supercharger midway between LA and Las Vegas.
