Regarding warranty, Ampere offers 3 years for battery+motor+controller+converter+charger. Extended warranty can be purchased to make it a 5 year warranty. We asked them about localization and the company told us this - "Battery, Charger, Tyre, Chassis, DC Converter, and other mechanical parts: 60% parts localization".
