Nonetheless, I do agree that it wastes of energy, reduces range and should NOT be mandatory. because I am one.

To deal with this major special waste problem has to my knowledge never ever been brought to the attention of the readers of any paper around the world. We should have built more Nuclear power plants and created a nuclear waste recycling program. Commendation, absolutely, but GM needs to make sure their company continues on to make sure that money doesnt just go to waste. The intolerable act is to pretend that making cars into plug-ins will reduce CO2.
