Chris just back from a week in Denmark shooting a short film for the next UN Climate Conference this coming December. As part of the run up to the race, Chris rode a vintage Danish motorcycle converted to run on battery power. One bystander distinctly heard a “WEE!&# from him as he zipped quietly down the street.

Buyerswill purchase the car – at about the same price as a conventional model –but lease the batteries from a third-party energy supplier for a monthly feeequivalent to the fuel costs for an economical petrol or diesel car. If our country is going to spend money like a drunk sailor we should have spent it on building renewable energy power plants like Wind and Geothermal. Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. Way to go morons. P.S. The Volt is not revolutionary.
