Toyota Prius modders have already been adding larger batteries so the vehicle can run on battery power. Blending the MPG of SUVs and small cars understates the real consumption and rewards automakers for building gas hogs and unsafe micro cars which makes people want to buy "safe" gas hogs. Way to go morons. Never again.
