I write a column for the Electric Auto Association newsletter, Current EVents. Plug-in cars are inevitable. The other carmakers domestic and foreign have less firm but well press-released plans for plug-ins. President Obama has stated a commitment to 1 million plug-in cars by 2015. Here's my June column.

Rather than setting up the public for disappointment (see ethanol), plug-n electric advocates should push the very real, if not sexy, advantages.
