GM will introduce the 2013 Chevrolet Spark minicar at the Los Angeles International Auto Show. A four-speed automatic transmission will also be available. The original version of the Spark is already on sale in Europe, Asia, Australia, Mexico and South America. lb-ft (111 N·m).

At the Los Angeles Auto Show, Ford introduced a set of new prototype automated driving technologies in the Ford Edge Concept. In South America the utility segment is projected to grow 39%, and in Europe it is projected to grow 27% over the same period. Available on 12 Ford models today. Ford Edge Concept.
